Notting Hill carnival will be celebrated on Sunday 25th August & Monday 26th August, 2024.
All costume registrations are available to book via the website. In order to register you need to ensure that your measurements are accurate. All carnival costumes are made to measure. Please note that once you have completed registration the following will apply: NO refunds, NO exchanging costume options or changing sections, and NO changing measurements or altering orders after 48 hours of ordering.
Xtreme Carnival Band has teamed up with Playmas to manage your purchase effectively. Once you have created your Playmas account you will be able to place your order. This platform also allows you to log in at any time and make additional payments. Only use your playmas account to make payments. Any payments made by bank transfer, PayPal, debit cards or any other means will not count towards the costume.

Please ensure that your package has been paid for in full before attending distribution. We are unable to receive payments during distribution.
Packages must be collected by the person named in the order or by a confirmed designated representative. A confirmed designated representative may only collect on your behalf if your balance is paid in full.
Please have your original valid photo ID ready when you get to the front of the queue. This will help to speed up the process. We are unable to issue your package without production of a valid form of photo ID.
A confirmed designated representative can collect your costume on your behalf but must be named on your Playmas account. They must have a copy of your photo ID, this can be a paper or digital document.
Without the above documentation, we are unable to release any costumes.
Check that the status of your order is “Paid In Full Confirmation” on the Playmas system. If this is not the case and you believe you have paid in full please contact us immediately. Do not attempt to collect your costume or package without the paid in full status on your account.
All designers always stipulate the bra sizes that they can supply and any sizes outside of these the masquerader must supply their own bra.
So, in asking you to supply your own bra, the designer wants to make sure that you have the best support and comfort on the road. You can also supply your own bra in any case if you think you will feel more comfortable doing so.
Regrettably, no deductions will be made as the costs will be put towards extra material and jewels to cover the surface area of your provided bra.
You can pick up your package at our specified location, which we will announce closer to the carnival. Keep an eye out on our social media pages for updates.
You’ll find the meeting location for Carnival Monday on a leaflet in your package. We will also publish this information on our social media channels.
Xtreme Carnival band only allows paying masqueraders to jump in the band. Non-masqueraders may observe from the sidelines outside the band, however they will not be allowed to participate.
Refunds are not possible on our products. All our products are custom-made to your size and specifications, all payments made against your costume goes towards the production process and overheads of the business.
Masqueraders need to ensure their sizes are inputted as accurately as possible. Body options are final and cannot be changed/upgraded.
You are welcome to cancel your booking at any time, HOWEVER, your deposit/Payments are non-refundable (this means absolutely no refunds or claims will be issued). If you wish to sell your package to another person, this will have to be done after payment is made in full and you have collected your costume.
