We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will have access to the information for operational purposes. We have access only to/collect information that you voluntarily give via email or other direct contact from you.
Your contact information will be used to communicate with you with regards to your costume package for Notting Hill Carnival. We may also contact you with special promotions and offers. the user will have the opportunity to indicate whether he or she would like to “opt out” of receiving promotional and/or marketing information about other products, services, and offerings from Xtreme Carnival Band and/or any third parties. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organisation.
Refunds/Returns Policy
Please note that once a pre-booking deposits is made, it is non-refundable.
If Carnival 2023 is cancelled or postponed, your payment will be transferred to the next available Notting Hill Carnival.
Security
Necessary precautions are taken to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to the payment processor in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
Xtreme Carnival Band may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Xtreme Carnival Band rights or property, other users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Xtreme Carnival Band may disclose user information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

Delivery Policy
All carnival costume packages must be collected at the distribution centre or Mass Camp by the owner. You must present a valid form of identification at the time of collection. Your carnival costume package should be “paid in full” on the playmas system.
The carnival costumes distribution schedule will be emailed to all patrons, posted to the band’s website and/ or advertised on their various social media platforms.
